Motoko Iura[]
Motoko is Shuu's younger sister who frequently acts cold towards her and plays lots of pranks on her when they are younger; however, deep down, he cares for her. He often tries to do subtle things or things behind the scenes to help support her. His nickname for her is "Moto".
Friends[]
Tooru Ishikawa[]
Tooru is Shuu's friend from childhood. In the series, Shuu is mainly seen with Tooru when he appears. Shuu and Tooru, having known each other since elementary school, Tooru tends to be blunt with him, often telling him to calm down when he's too loud. Also, Tooru is one of the only people who has seen what Shuu is like at home and his more serious side. Tooru hangs out a lot with Shuu, which can be understood from how he is the only one who knows of Motoko Iura, Shuu's younger sister.

Nanako[]
Nanako is Shuu's ex-girlfriend who dated briefly during their first year, but they eventually broke up as Shuu said, "She was loud and couldn't read the mood. It was like looking into a mirror. I hated it..." Despite this, they remain friends to this day.
Nanako has yet to appear in the comic, except for a few flashback pictures.
Aoi Kitahara[]
When Kitahara came to the Iura house to visit Motoko Iura, his first impression of Shuu seemingly awakened something inside him, and Kitahara became drawn toward Shuu. They share a common interest in music, mainly rock, and Shuu acts like an older brother to him. However, no matter what feelings, if any Kitahara has for him, Shuu does not reciprocate.
