Monthly GFantasy (月刊Gファンタジー, Gekkan Jī Fantajī) or Gangan Fantasy, is a Japanese monthly shonen manga magazine published by Square Enix. The first issue labeled April issue, was published on March 18, 1993. Originally the magazine was named Monthly Gangan Fantasy (月刊ガンガンファンタジー, Gekkan Gangan Fantajī), but was renamed to current name in April Issue of 1994.
As the name of the magazine suggests, most of the works are fantasy manga, especially for women and young adults. Some of its popular works include: Black Butler, Horimiya, Kimi no Boku, Pandora Hearts, Nabari no Ou, Fire Emblem, Saiyuki and others.
